Huge double room near Clissold Park (2 bed house)

Hi there,

My housemate is very sadly moving out to move in with her boyfriend so I’m looking for a new housemate to move in!

The flat is a really big 2-bed split over two floors, with the kitchen, living room and bathroom downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs. It’s a really lovely, peaceful house in a great area of Hackney.

The room is lovely and big with lots of natural lighting - space for a desk, cupboard etc (basically lots of room!). Bills come to around £150/month.

We’re a 5 minute walk from Clissold Park and 10 mins from Newington Green (near lots of bakeries and restaurants eg Jolene). In terms of transport, Canonbury station (overground) is under 10 mins away and Highbury and Islington station (tube) is a 15ish minute walk. The location feels really well connected.

The room is available from 15 December, but we have some flex on moving in date until 7 January. It comes unfurnished but you can also buy the bed, cupboard and desk that you can see in the pictures.

I love living here so much and feel lucky that the space is so big and peaceful!
