Double room in Highbury & Islington

Hi!
My housemate is moving out and it's time to look for someone new who might want to move in! The space is a bright double room with morning sunshine. It's got built in cupboards, a double bed with side furniture, and comes with access to storage in the rest of the flat. The location is great, we're 5 minutes from Arsenal tube, 10-15 from Highbury & Islington, and minutes from Drayton Park station - a Great Northern line I didn't know existed before living here... Highbury Fields is a 10 minute walk, and Finsbury Park / Blackstock road / Clissold & Stoke Newington all within reasonable walking (defo cycling) distance.
You'd be living with me, Oliver, late 30s, researcher in Energy and Environment planning at UCL. I'm French/British, brought up in France, lived in Sweden, and generally love to travel. The vibe for the flat is to be a haven to come back to after work. I'm looking for someone who wants a cosy home to live in, and might like to socialise, watch a few movies from time to time, share some meals and chat about your day (or the state of the world!). I love to cook, have been a competitive rower, I swim, bike to work and like the odd hike - so outdoorsy ... But enjoy a quiet evening in the sofa (re?) watching something fun.
The room comes with your own bathroom. It's not ensuite but the bathroom (shower and bath) is just across the hall.
I'm looking for someone friendly, neat and tidy and house proud (a cleaner comes every two weeks!) It's not a party flat although it's totally fine to have friends over (and to stay). The ideal housemate is a professional in their 30s (negotiable) looking to stick around for a year although longer would be amazing.
Tax band F. Rent is agreed for next 24 months and so won't go up before then. Bills aren't in the rent quoted here but would include electricity, internet, cleaner, TV licence and council tax.
