Beautiful Double Room in Canonbury for Rent!

Hi there!

Unfortunately I have to move out of this beautiful and am helping my current roommate find a replacement for myself.

We are looking for someone to take her spot on the lease to mid September 2026 (with potential to renew). The room comes unfurnished but has two large closets, high ceilings, and beautiful natural light. The location is less than a block from canonbury station with lots of local shops, pubs, and parks nearby. Our flat has a full kitchen (dishwasher, washer dryer), living room, and garden space.

Here’s a little about my roommate who you’d be living with:

I’m a 24 year old student currently pursuing my masters in design at CSM. I’m originally from vancouver island, canada and have been living in London for about a year! I love exploring local markets / rummaging at the carboot, writing, working out, gardening, and venturing on spontaneous side quests. I’m usually at the studio, out of the flat during the day but I love spending my evenings cooking, having the occasional glass of wine. I value keeping communal areas clean and tidy (it’s also my way of procrastinating) and will respect your space. Although I love being social, I also prioritise me time, everything in moderation and all that.

Rent is £1500pcm not including bills, which add about £100 per month. Move in date is somewhat flexible but preferably end of November / beginning of December.
