I'm moving out of my lovely 3 bedroom flat steps on coveted Petherton Road, steps away from Clissold Park / Canonbury station. The flat is split over two floors - it's very cosy and gets a ton of sunlight. There are two large outdoor terraces as well. I will be taking a few pieces of communal furniture with me (the side tables / rug / paintings) so if you have furniture or plants to contribute to the flat that is welcome! In terms of bedroom furniture, I will be selling my new bed/mattress (owned for 1 year) as well as my dresser.

My two lovely flatmates (Micaela, 30, and Stephanie, 27) are American and working professionals - one works at a climate organisation and the other in ethical finance. They are relatively quiet on weeknights, though will occasionally have friends over for dinner, and more social on the weekends.

We have a weekly chore rota (each person rotating between cleaning floors / bathroom / kitchen), which is done every weekend.

Utilities about £75 per person per month - we use splitwise to keep track of shared house bills
