Double room available in newly refurbished Victorian terrace 4 bed house share in Highbury

Location: 5 mins from Highbury Fields and 8 mins from Highbury and Islington Station (zone 2, victoria line and overground)
Also walking distance to many supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, venues etc that Islington has to offer.

Room: One double room is available. Move in second week of December. Furnished including bed, wardrobe and drawers.

About the house: The house has been newly renovated last year, incl. fresh carpets, walls, mattresses, furniture etc so the landlord is looking for someone who values cleanliness, will respect the property and take care of it like their own. The price pcm also includes a weekly cleaner for communal spaces. However no other bills are included in this price. Bills (gas and electricity, wifi and council tax) tend to average around £150 a month/pp. You are able to buy a resident parking on street if necessary.

We have 2 large living areas, kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms and a small garden - large windows allow for a lot of natural light.
You will be sharing the bathroom with one other. This is a super spacious home with plenty of communal space to be together whilst also having areas to chill peacefully by yourself.

Who we are looking for:
Ideally another girl. We are looking for an open-minded person to join our friendly and social vibe 💞 This would look like spending time chilling together on evenings, socialising outside the house and hosting occasional dinner parties. It also means respecting everyone’s schedules and the need for a calm and peaceful home to come back to after a long day at work. We want to maintain a shared value of the house as a tidy and calm place of rest 💆‍♀️

About the current housemates:
You will be living with 3 other housemates, one girl and two guys. Francesca (26), Benny (25) and Jake (27). Francesca and Benny have just finished a masters at the RCA and will be starting work in the arts and Jake works as a product manager at a tech company. We are a creative, kind and queer-friendly household. We enjoy travelling, visiting exhibitions, going to gigs and exploring local pubs and cafes. We are currently watching The Bear and listening to Olivia Dean.
