Double room, 5 min from Highbury & Islington

We’ve had very high demand for this room! Unfortunately we’ll have to prioritise those who have got in contact first!

My housemate is moving to Amsterdam (with her wonderful cat, Suri) and we're looking for someone to join us!

Rent is £920pcm for a well-lit double room including bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband). We also pay around £40pcm for shared household costs, including a cleaner who visits once a fortnight. There is ample space for a desk (not provided) and wardrobe (also not provided) in the room.

You'd be living with me (Tom), Alexis, Elody, Kirsty, and Vane. I work in regulation, Alexis is a structural engineer, Elody and Vane work in hospitality, and Kirsty works in operations. Most of us are in our late 20s/early 30s. You'll also be living with my cat, Patrick, who is 3. A couple of housemates smoke - smokers are therefore welcome but please keep this outside, ideally!

The house is a lovely Victorian (I think?) era building, situated about 5-10 mins walk from Highbury & Islington, Holloway Road, and Drayton Park stations. You'd have easy access to the Victoria, Piccadilly, Windrush, and Mildmay lines, as well as the Great Northern National Rail service.
