We are renting a room in our 3-bedroom flat!!
(Please make sure that you are able to provide evidence for the following:
*Full–time, permanent employment with earnings above 28k per year.
*Copy of latest 6 months’ worth of UK only bank statements
*Proof of current address)
TRANSPORT:
The apartment is located in a quiet, leafy suburb of London next to Canonbury Overground 3-5min, a 10-minute walk from Highbury & Islington Station, and Upper Street, 5 minutes from Highbury Fields, and 10 minutes from Clissold Park. Plenty of bus options. There are sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose close by, plus local shops. The location is perfect in other words!
ROOM:
Very decent size, has a lot of space and storage, good lighting access form big window, perfect space for plant if you have any! You can fit desk and have space for exercise, craft or whatever you need it for. There is double bed, wardrobe with extra height, big chest cupboard, storage shelf above the door and 3x shelfs around the room. There are two mirrors. Current flatmate (Sophia, might leave a nice wooden clothing rack as well).
APARTMENT:
It is deck accessed and has three good sized doubles, a fully equipped kitchen, separate living room, bathroom and toilet. Very secure flat, you need to go by two gates and the flat door to get in!
PEOPLE:
You would be sharing with two young professionals (a pharmacist and an communications lead at climate group working hybrid) they both enjoy coming home to a relaxing place in the evening.
We are looking for someone who is easy-going, clean, tidy, respectful, considerate, but also up to share a pizza and a good conversation from time to time.
EXPENSES:
The rent is 960 + bills that normally sums up to approx. £120(including council tax band D, wifi, gas, electricity, water). You will also be required to pay a deposit of £960
MOVE IN:
The move in date is a bit flexible late January / February, we are looking to find a replacement as soon as possible.
