The flat is located minutes from Arsenal tube and Drayton Park station. Highbury & Islington tube is a 10-15 minute walk through Highbury Fields (which is a 5 -10 minute walk away).

Each room comes with a double bed and mattress (and some other furniture). The move in date is 1 March 2026.

Current tenant is a professional 29 year old female. Looking for easy-going, clean/tidy considerate people with their own lives but who are also up for a conversation and the occasional pub trip.
