We are Adam, Mishayla and Clara. Our current flatmate Simon is unfortunately moving out soon so we are looking for a new like-minded and social flatmate to join us in our peaceful, gated home in Highbury 🙂

It's the perfect balance of a quiet residential area with amazing transport links and great local shops (as well as big supermarkets on Holloway Road and indie cafés in every direction).

🗺️ The Location:
• Very well connected: 2 min walk to Drayton Park (Great Northern), 9 mins to Arsenal (Piccadilly) & 12 mins to Highbury & Islington (Victoria & Overground)
• Gated off street: We’re tucked away in a private road in a residential area so it's typically very quiet

🏠 The Room & House:
• The room sits at the front of the house (room 3 on the plan), offering plenty of built-in storage and room for a WFH desk.
• 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 per floor), a spacious kitchen/living area with gas hobs, dishwasher, and a separate utility room (washing machine + dryer).
• There’s also rear patio space, plus off-street parking if you need it.
• Fast 500mb fibre internet
• Bonus: The neighbour’s cat, Merlin, pops in sometimes to say hello. 🐈

We’re three friendly professionals who are laid back, tidy, and strike a good balance socialising together and doing our own thing. We aim for a homely vibe, not just a place to live with strangers.

Adam is a 3D Artist in the video game industry. Aside from restaurant/coffee hunting, going to gigs, galleries and experimental cooking, his hobbies include learning Japanese, drumming and, of course, gaming! He works fully remotely, so is always looking for an excuse to get out and about.

Mishayla is a friendly kiwi, always up for a chat or activity when around. She is a kitchen designer with a passion for anything arty, design or making things look pretty. When she’s not in the work hustle she’s often travelling, in a park or on a mountain with a book and a bunch of freshly baked goods. Also loves a good games night 😂

Clara is an Italian video editor and animator. She’s usually in the office during the day, but when work allows she loves having a chat over a glass of wine and watching something together in the evenings. She’s easy-going, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. :)

We’re ideally looking for another professional housemate, someone who’ll gel with a friendly, laid-back atmosphere - happy to socialize but also comfortable doing their own thing.

• Council tax band F, all bills together come to approx. £120/month
