The rent is £1000 + bills (£100ish).
There’s so many of cafes/restaurants/shops nearby and close to public transport-

* Highbury & Islington - 20 min walk
You’d be living with five other lovely flatmates in their mid-twenties (4 girls, 1 guy) who all work full time. Looking for a like-minded, friendly person who enjoys being part of a social, tidy household.
The room is a double, and comes with bed plenty of storage. The bathroom is shared with 2 other girls in the house on the first floor.
The contract will renew at the beginning of August, so have the option to rent until then, or renew for longer.
