Cosy double room by highbury fields

A lovely, cosy double room is available in a spacious, two-floor flat in a beautifuk victorian red brick in the heart of Islington. The room comes furnished with a comfortable double bed, shelving, and a wardrobe. It's a small room but cosy and warm thanks to a modern updated window (no drafts). There's under bed storage and a wardrobe with some hanging soace and shelves. Also another cupboard of shelves in the sitting room and space to hang coats and store suitcases downstairs.

The apartment has a separate sitting room (gorgeous bay window looking out onto a quiet street), a well-equipped, spacious kitchen and a garden, offering plenty of space to relax. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Holloway Road Station (Piccadilly line) and 8 minutes to Highbury and Islington Station (Victoria line, Overground), so getting around is super convenient. You’ll also be a 2 minute walk to Holloway Road, 10 minutes walk to Upper Street (Angel), a 20 minute walk to Finsbury Park, and a 30 mins walk to Dalston so you’ll have ample access to shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Highbury Fields is a 5 minute walk.

You’ll be sharing with two friendly roommates (Maeve and Marcus), one 30 year old Irish girl and one 29 year old English man who love the odd pint, yoga (Maeve), Arsenal (Marcus), going to the theatre, good food, and keeping the place clean and welcoming. They’re looking for someone similar to replace me — ideally, you work in the office at least three days a week (the room doesn't fit a desk but you can work from the sitting room dining table) and you’re clean, tidy, and easygoing.

Looking for someone to fill the room with a move in date anytime between the start of march and the start of may. Latest move in date is the start of may. Lease runs until September and we've renewed without issues for the past 4 years. Rent is £810 per month, with bills c.£150 on top.
