I’m delighted to offer a lovely double bedroom with built-in storage in a spacious, bright flat. The room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, desk, chair, and bedside table, although I’m happy to be flexible and remove furniture if preferred.

The flat is just under 1,000 sq ft and is located within a secure gated development. It benefits from plenty of natural light throughout and features a large kitchen that was refurbished less than a year ago, a spacious living and dining area, and a modern bathroom.

The location is fantastic—right on Highbury Fields and less than a 5-minute walk to Highbury & Islington Station (Victoria Line and Overground). There are plenty of great pubs, restaurants, cafés, and gyms nearby, with both Tesco and Waitrose just around the corner.

A little about me: I’m a 29-year-old professional who enjoys keeping the flat clean, tidy, and welcoming. I like being sociable but also appreciate my own downtime, so I’m looking for someone who has a similar balance. I also have two very friendly, well-socialised cats who are a part of the home.
