Highbury Hill - double room in spacious 2 bed flat

A decent sized double room in a spacious ground floor flat in the heart of leafy Highbury. A shared living/dining room and separate kitchen, with a shared bathroom. There is also a communal garden for the flats on our building which the flat looks on to.

Very well connected with Highbury & Islington, Drayton Park and Arsenal between 5 and 15 minute walk.

The local high street has some great coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and convenience stores and Highbury Fields and Leisure Centre are a 5 minute walk away.

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the beginning of October, and my current flatmate will be staying. He is very friendly and personable, and works from home as well as going to the office a few times a week.

We are looking for a young professional who is neat and tidy, is happy to spend time by themself but also socialise at times. You will need to sign a new tenancy agreement and go through the necessary background checks. Rent is £1050 each, and we each pay £350 on top of that which covers bills (including Council Tax, gas, water, electricity, internet, and a cleaner once a month).
