Fourth Room Available in Highbury Terraced Home

We're looking for a fourth housemate to take on my room in a beautiful Victorian terraced home with garden in Highbury - one of North London's most sought-after neighbourhoods. The property is a <3 min walk from the Highbury & Islington tube station.

Available from beginning of October, can be flexible on exact move-in date. The room is a double on the top floor, very quiet and with great storage, sharing a bathroom with one other room.

Note that the pictures show unfurnished, but we've now furnished the house - you're welcome to help perfect the design!

Deposit is £2,300 (6 weeks as the total annual rent exceeds £50k). Rent is £1,600, plus ~£200 for bills including gas, electricity, water, WiFi & council tax (Band G).

About us: currently four young professionals from NZ, USA, UK & AUS, working in consulting / tech / healthcare. We're fairly sociable, and often travelling for work and personal fun. We like to host company and are fairly easy going. Room is coming available because I am relocating to Amsterdam for a new job, but have loved living here.

We'd love someone who is: fairly chilled, sociable, enjoys hosting, and is clean / respectful of shared living spaces.
