Double room in an amazing modern flat in Highbury. 10 minutes walk to Highbury fields 8 mins to Clissold Park, 5 min walk from Arsenal tube station and 7 min to Finsbury Park tube.

The flat has 2 bedrooms one bathroom, a living room and kitchen. It is really light and airy and really modern. Gorgeous interior and wooden floors throughout.

The room comes with a double bed, a large set of drawers and a large wardrobe and small bedside table.

The area is really lively with loads of cafes and pubs nearby. The nearest tubes are Arsenal (Piccadilly line) and Finsbury Park (Oxford Circus, Piccadilly and Overground) It’s 11 mins on the Victoria line to Oxford Circus and is 5-10 min bus from Angel.

The flat is opposite a 24 hour shop so there is always somewhere to get wine and chocolate from no matter what time of day! There are loads of nice restaurants, pubs and great brunch places along the road and is a really safe place to live.

We are looking for a professional who would be happy to socialise but would be quite happy to watch a Netflix Sunday or Love Island with a pizza as well.

You will be sharing with a couple, Nancy and Natasha. Natasha works shifts so is out of the flat a lot, she orders obscene amounts of stuff she doesn’t need from Amazon and enjoys cooking, love island marathons, drinking red wine and eating cheese boards.

Nancy is an artist and also works in retail, she enjoys a Netflix binges, and losing at Monopoly.

We want someone laid back and chilled who likes to have fun, but will respect that the flat is a home and likes to keep it nice and tidy.

Rent is £750 per month and bills are £120 a month (Tv, WiFi, water, council tax, gas & electricity)

We also have a fat mental cat - so if you don't like pets its not for you.

Room is available from 12th February and are looking for someone who wants to stay 6 months min.
