Double room near Highbury Fields

Double room looking for friendly tidy female flatmate.

The flat is a 1st and 2nd floor maisonette in a converted terrace on a quiet street. The available room is at the back of the house on the first floor. It's about 12' by 11' (3.4x3.5m), high ceilings, furnished with a wardrobe, a chests of drawers, a further storage unit with full length mirror and a desk chair. There is space for a table/desk. Warren Evans bed and mattress. There's also some additional storage space in the loft. These pictures are old - I'm just finishing re-decorating the sitting room, and so the room is doubling as storage space at the moment, but it should be done in a couple of weeks.

The flat has a decent sized eat-in kitchen and a separate south facing living room which is really light. The two bedrooms are on separate floors so the layout means that you never feel on top of each other. There is one full bathroom (which has a bath and separate shower cubicle) and a separate cloakroom with loo and basin. The flat also has a small back garden but it is rather overgrown at the moment.

The flat has a great location - it's less than 10 minutes walk to Highbury and Islington (Victoria line) or Holloway Road stations (Picadilly). The 43 and 393 bus routes are less than 5 minutes away, or you can pick up the 4, 19 or 30 at Highbury Corner. Local shops and supermarkets are close by and Highbury Fields is literally at the end of the road.

I'm looking for someone who's quite sociable. Also the other stuff you'd expect: reasonably tidy, considerate, not noisy. Sorry but no pets - I’ve just got new stair carpet and a lovely wooden floor in the sitting room!
