Lovely double room to rent in Highgate

Hi there,

So my flatmate is off to pastures new and his double room is up for rent.

Location-wise you get the best of both worlds – you’re a ten-minute walk from Highgate tube station and five minutes away from all the lovely niceties of Crouch End.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me, a copywriter who works in marketing. I’ve been here just over two years and it’s a great place to live and pretty good value too.

It’s on a quiet street, all our neighbours are nice and there’s a giant back garden which we all share. All the rooms are well-sized and the living room TV is Netflix-ready.

I’m looking for someone who’s easy-going, steady, fun and tidy. The flat isn’t a party house; it’s a place where you can relax and chill out.

The rent officially starts 15th September but there is some flexibility with this date.

Bills are additional £150 per month (water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi).
