Property:
Semi-detached, four bedroom house, with a large communal living room, dining room and kitchen. The main bathroom comes with a walk-in shower and bath on the first floor. There's also a second bathroom with a shower on the ground floor.

We're also lucky to have a large rear garden with patio area which is ideal for summer BBQs.

Parking is available on the road outside the house but requires a permit that can be purchased from Haringey Council.

We all get on really well and enjoy a drink around Highgate on the weekends. We're a tidy bunch but have a cleaner that comes in every other week, which we all contribute to.

The rent doesn't include bills which normally come to about £120 per month (for council tax, gas, electricity, fast broadband) and every 2-3 months we contribute to a big shop for communal cleaning goods.

We have a good relationship with out landlady, who is very helpful if any issues develop. General management of the property is the collective responsibility of all the housemates, but the landlord will provide the support required for upkeep.
