You'd be sharing with three guys who all work professionally.
We all get on really well and enjoy a drink around Highgate on the weekends. We're a tidy bunch but have a cleaner that comes in every other week, which we all contribute to.
The rent doesn't include bills which normally come to about £120 per month (for council tax, gas, electricity, fast broadband) and every 2-3 months we contribute to a big shop for communal cleaning goods.
We have a good relationship with out landlady, who is very helpful if any issues develop. General management of the property is the collective responsibility of all the housemates, but the landlord will provide the support required for upkeep.
