Quiet double room w/ en-suite near Highgate tube

The flat is bright and spacious, on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor block (stair access only). Your room has its own en-suite (for your sole use), a double bed, a desk, a chair, a large built-in wardrobe/storage space, and double glazed windows with noise cancellation. There's a shared living room with kitchen, which has full length windows at one end; with a nice view over London and the shared communal garden space. There's limited off-street parking available, but spaces aren't reserved.

The flat is located in Highgate and is less than 10min walk away from Highgate tube station, and a walk away to Crouch End, Highgate village, Hampstead Heath, Alexandra Park, and Muswell Hill. It's a quiet, leafy, residential road but close to a good selection of local cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs, supermarkets, gyms and yoga studios. Central London (Tottenham Court Road) is only a 8 stops/15 minute direct tube journey away.

You will be sharing the flat only with me. I'm easy going and considerate of living with others. I'd be happy to hang out socially, share the occasional meal, drink, etc. - but equally appreciate having my own space, and would respect yours. I travel as much as I can so there will be weekends/weeks/months I won't be in the flat. Cleanliness is also very important to me.

My home is my sanctuary where I recharge and relax, so my ideal flatmate would be someone who is respectful, clean, and tidy.
