The flat is bright and spacious, on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor block (stair access only). Your room has its own en-suite (for your sole use), a double bed, a desk, a chair, a large built-in wardrobe/storage space, and double glazed windows with noise cancellation. There's a shared living room with kitchen, which has full length windows at one end; with a nice view over London and the shared communal garden space. There's limited off-street parking available, but spaces aren't reserved.
The flat is located in Highgate and is less than 10min walk away from Highgate tube station (exit Priory Gardens, Northern Line), and a walk away to Crouch End, Highgate village, Hampstead Heath, Alexandra Park, and Muswell Hill. It's a quiet, leafy, residential road but close to a good selection of local cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs, supermarkets, gyms and yoga studios. Central London (Tottenham Court Road) is only a 8 stops/15 minute direct tube journey away.
I'm easy going and down to earth. I'd be happy to hang out socially, share the occasional meal, drink, etc. - but equally appreciate having my own space, and would respect yours.
I really enjoy living in a peaceful home, so my ideal flatmate would be someone who is respectful, clean and tidy. Strictly non smoking flat. No parties allowed, but occasional dinner/drinks with family/friends is fine.
Monthly rent inclusive of all bills (council tax, gas, electricity, TV license, water, superfast M250 fibre broadband, weekly cleaner).
