Double Room in Highgate available now!!

Hello!!
My beautiful room in a house with 4 lovely girls is going to be available from November as I will be moving home to Belfast. The lease is not due to renew until the end of January so the room will be a sublet to myself until then. The house is situated in a beautiful neighbourhood, just a short 10-15 min walk from Highgate station, 15 minute walk from Archway station or 5 minute walk from buses (43, 134, 263) that can connect you to loads of areas :) Super close to cafes, grocery stores, bars and restaurants.

The house has 4 fab gals between the ages of 25-28 who are all working professionals. The house and these girls are lovely to come home to each day!! We enjoy nights at home watching movies, having the occasional wine and also spend time together on the weekends :) One other housemate is going to be moving out at the end of January so if you and a friend are interested please let us know and we can share photos of the other room too!!

Included within this room is - bed, mattress, duvet and pillows, mattress topper, bedside table, lamp, wardrobe, clothes rail with shoe rack, mirror, large standing fan, desk and chair and laundry basket.
If you decide to sign the contract in January for a year there will be a £200 charge for the room furniture however you can contact me if there is anything you don’t want and we can negotiate prices accordingly.
The room also has a large windows and beautiful decorative fireplace!

There is also a large kitchen, lounge room, spare toilet and 2 x bathrooms.
