Calm quiet garden flat double room

I’m a calm, happy person who does not enjoy drama and who likes to live in a peaceful, clean and tidy home.

I am looking for a similar minded, female lodger who is also an animal lover (as I have a senior lab and a cat) and enjoys watching the occasional movie together and sharing an occasional bottle of wine.

The room is a beautiful double bedroom which has French doors, opening directly into a private garden. Ideal in the summer, when you wish to experience the feeling of sleeping under the stars.

The room is currently unfurnished, but I’m happy to provide a bed, if required. m and I will be having new flooring fitted, before you move in. Picture shows how it looks with a king size bed in it, but it is a regular double sized room.

The flat is cozy and quiet and would suit someone who likes to live a calm lifestyle; come home and relax. There is a communal living room and fully equipped kitchen with limited storage. This room/flat would not suit anyone who has lots of ‘stuff’.

You are welcome to use all the cooking equipment and cutlery etc in the kitchen and we have a efficient washing machine and dishwasher, which you’re welcome to use too.

The flat is located within five minutes walk of Highgate village, is very close to Highgate station and Archway station and Crouch end are easily accessible. This is a perfectly located little home on a very quiet, friendly road. I’m sure you’ll find it a nice area to live in.

The rent includes all energy bills and the internet and there is a £4 weekly kitty for cleaning materials and toilet paper.
