Description

After 4 years, I have sadly decided to move on from this lovely flat in Highgate due to changing work patterns (damn COVID-19). I am gutted to be leaving as it is such a nice home to live in.

You will be living with 3 friendly girls (bit more about each below) who take care of the home they live in. The flat is very clean, modern and bright with large communal gardens and on a private estate (which is home to lots of nature including parakeets).

It is a 7 minute walk to Highgate Station (Northern Line) and bus stops into central London. Highgate Woods, Waterlow Park and lots of great pubs and restaurants are a short walk away, including The Bull which right opposite the estate.

Highgate Village is a close walk too, and is lovely (not to mention great for celeb spotting). It has a Gail's, charity shops, coffee shops and more pubs! And not forgetting Hampstead Heath which is 10 minutes from the Village.

We have a bright, large living room with two new sofa's, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and a separate utility room with new washing machine and dryer. We have a split bathroom, with a bath/shower over head and a separate toilet.

The bedroom itself is well maintained and painted white with lots of natural light and a lovely view of the green.
The room comes with a small double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and full length mirror.
Over the years I’ve lived here I’ve also
acquired additional furniture so there is the possibility to bring the odd small items with you that fit too.

The current housemates are great to live with and very easy going, Chrissie (30) a dietitian for the NHS, Issy (31) events manager in radio and Sophie (29) who works at the Belgravia Centre. Each have slightly different routines so there's never any queues for the bathroom, or feeling of getting on top of one another - even during lockdown :)

We will occasionally binge on the latest Netflix series, share a glass of something or cook together. Everyone enjoys a good chill in the living room, whilst also respecting each others personal space.

Since the pandemic a number of us have been working from home, predominantly in the lounge and there is space to accommodate this.

The room is £635 per month plus around £75 a month for bills. You'd be dealing direct with the landlords (no admin fee's etc!) who are a lovely couple who lived here before us and live close if anything ever needs fixing etc.

The flat is available now.

Feel free to message for more details and to meet the current flatmates!
