Spacious house, double room and access to A POOL

Hello!

I'm (Megan) moving out to move in with my boyfriend, so fortunately for someone lucky that means now there is a house share with lovely people available to move into!

This is a four bed house (it doesn't feel like it, the house is pretty big) with a double room available for a professional. There is also a small garden at the back and as you may have seen in the title and pictures, a POOL (yes, really, a pool in which swimming can occur. There's even a sauna too) for local residents to use (even in lockdown).

The house contains a large kitchen with a dining table and dishwasher amongst other kitchen things, a large living room which currently most of the house is using as a working area during the day time, a shared bathroom, a small toilet room, and a garage which is amazing for storage and contains a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

In the bedroom, the furniture included is the bed and bedside table and a small built in wardrobe. There's also plenty room for a desk if you're working from home. The mattress can be stored in the garage if you have your own.

On average the bills are £120 a month (inc cleaner 2x a month). Our internet is with Virgin Media and is 100mbps, great for working from home. There are also no fees for moving in.

Currently living here are three lovely people;
- Kate, an accountant who has travelled half the planet and likes supporting Wales in the rugby
- Jen, a fundraiser who knows everything there is to know about books and enjoys listening to podcasts about serial killers
- Oli, an engineer who cycles and runs very long distances and bakes something new most weekends (I think I will miss the food the most)

Location-wise, the house is about a 30 second walk to the Parkland Walk which takes you to Finsbury Park. It's also close to Waterlow Park, Ally Pally and Hampstead Heath. It's also in between Crouch End, Highgate, and Archway, so depending on what sort of shopping or activity you're looking to do it's not much of a walk. In terms of transport, it's a 10 minute walk to either Highgate or Archway stations and the W5 bus stops right by the house if you don't fancy walking.

The house "vibe" is very relaxed, we do our own things but in the evenings (especially in lockdown) we're usually hanging out in the living room or kitchen. Outside of lockdown we did pub quizzes every so often which became fairly lucrative. There's no pressure to constantly be hanging out with everyone all the time but I don't think this house share would be suitable for someone who prefers to stay in their room and only use the house as a place to sleep.
