Large double room in the centre of Highgate Village overlooking Pond Square, with large ensuite and built in wardrobes. The room is spacious with excellent views of Highgate Village. The room is unfurnished - all bedroom furniture shown in pics will be removed.

The house is very well proportioned with large rooms and high ceilings. All communal areas are fully furnished and the living room has a large TV.

Location wise Highgate Village is well connected and the nearest Tube station is Archway which is a 5 min bus or 10/15 min walk down the hill. Hampstead Heath is a short walk away.

A bit about us - we’ve been living in the flat for a few years now with no desire to move on given the location and set up we’ve got. We generally just do pretty normal stuff - going to the pub, cycling, running, watching football, etc etc. Two of us WFH sometimes but mostly we’re out of the house for work.

Looking for someone tidy and normal. The room is available from 29th Jan onwards but this could be brought forward to c. 18th Jan if requested.

£1,300 pcm includes bills but note this might change in time depending on energy prices.
