Double room (for 1 person) in modernised Victorian house with new kitchen, bathroom and furniture. This is a large house with high ceilings and original features. You will have the whole of the top floor(s) to yourself with one or two females. Currently there is one other lodger and you’ll share the kitchen and bathroom with her. I’ll probably rent the third room soon also.

The bedroom is a decent size with original features and sash windows.

I’m the landlord and live downstairs (same house) with my partner and two kids. The house is 4 stories and we have our own kitchen, bathroom and living area etc. We’re pretty chilled and would just share the main hallway and entrance. We are both hybrid working at the moment.

We have our two children (12 &13) in the house, so this would suit someone who isn’t going to have a load of overnight guests. You’ll barley see them but might occasionally hear them after school or at weekends. Please note there is a fair sized kitchen but no lounge.

It’s a really nice residential area and next to parkland walk, Highgate Wood and both Highgate and Archway tube.
