Cosy room in a very comfortable home, few steps from Hampstead Heath, one of the most beautiful parks in London, with its swimming ponds and tennis courts, equidistant to Waterlow Park, and close to Camden Town, and its famous Market.
There are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, public transport, all close by, yet the house is tacked away in a residential quiet street.

On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms and a small office room.
The offered bedroom, overlooks the garden, has a built in wardrobe and a large chest of drawers.
Single or double occupancy.
If double occupancy, there is a supplement to be added of £70 per week.
The shared bathroom is on the same floor, and there is an additional toilet on the ground floor.
On the ground floor, the kitchen is open plan on living room, with large windows and door to the garden.
The garden has table and chairs, is west facing, enjoying the sun (when is out!) in the morning and early afternoon.

Every Saturday there is a Farmers Market, just few minutes walk,, near Parliaments Hill Fields entrance, Hampstead Heath, with organic produce, and some fresh street food stalls.

Hampstead Heath, aside from its swimming ponds and tennis courts, offers a swimming pool, beautiful walks among its 800 acres of woodland, and stunning views of the London Skyline, from Parliament's Hill.

The closest underground is Archway, zone 2, less than 10 minutes walk from home.
Bus links: 134, and 390 to Central London, (35/45 minutes depending on traffic) other buses: C11, 4, 17, 41, 43, 143, 210, 263, 271, W5, N20
Overground: Upper Holloway, 10 minutes walk; Gospel Oak, 18 minutes walk through Hampstead Heath, (lovely walk in the park).

You will be requested to sign a lodging agreement, for everyone's peace of mind and protection.

Preferably, you love cats, as one will be sharing the communal space with you. She is a shy and easy cat, 7 years old.

There will be times that I am mostly at home, and times that I will be travelling.
