Double Room Archway/Highgate

I am moving out of this double bedroom in our friendly house share. It will be available from 24. July for 790£pcm excluding bills (around 100£).

It’s a great place to live but having bought my own flat i wll be moving out.

Kitchen: Large and big enough to fit everybody at the table. Everything you might need for your cooking adventures is already there and shared. Includes oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.

Living room: A very comfy living room, with an even more comfy sofa bed.

Multi-purpose/ Guestroom: We have the luxury of an extra communal room. We mainly use it to dry clothes and for storage. The Sofa bed is great for having guests over (in addition to the sofa bed in the living room).
Garden: there is a back garden which is bright and sunny in the summer months. Great for having friends over or enjoying at the weekend.
Bathroom/Loo: There is a small downstairs loo and a good size bathroom with Bathtub/Shower upstairs. Water pressure is good and the boiler doesn’t give issues.

Your room: The available room faces the garden and is quiet. It comes with all the furniture you see: i. e. Double Bed with a very good mattress, desk, chair, nightstand, drawers and clothes rack if needed.
Archway station is a five minute walk from the house and will take you into central london in about 25 minutes. Numerous bus routes into central london and nearby areas available as well.
Your flatmates would be Birgitte, Danae and Mariona. All are super nice and easy going.

We are looking for a friendly, like minded individual. Preferentially Professionals (or mature student e. g. PhD students etc.). Smoking in the house and pets are not allowed. Please be aware that our house is managed by an agency which will need to do a reference check.
