Quiet spacious room in a friendly 4 bedroom houseshare. The room faces onto the back garden and comes partially furnished.

The house has a shared living area, large kitchen/dining room, 2 bathrooms with bath and shower, and a large garden with seating and barbecue. We also have off street parking for one car, and space for storing bicycles (either in the house or in the garden shed).

Move-in date: Flexible from mid December to early January.
Our housemate who's leaving would prefer earlier in this range as they've bought a flat that they're moving to in mid December.

TRANSPORT

The house is a 5-10 minute walk from Highate tube station, Sainsburys and Co-op. Close to Highgate Village which has loads of lovely restaurants and pubs nearby.

RENT

Rent is £750 per month, excluding bills. Bills work out to be roughly £180 per month and includes council tax, gas & electricity, water, wifi, and a cleaner once a fortnight.

CURRENT HOUSEHOLD

You'll be living with Jess, Carly and Laura. We're all easy going and love to have a drink together, but also enjoy our quiet time. The 4th member of the house is a sweet, little kitty named Luna who's equally as friendly as the rest of us :)
