Double bed room available in Highgate

Hello there!

We're Miranda, Leah and Jamie, and we're looking for another male to move into our fourth room. The current situation with the room is that it will be to sublet until March, with the possibility of extending until September (when we would decide whether to stay in the flat or not). If you’re looking for just a sublet until then or are looking for something more permanent, like extending till September, then please drop as message.

A little about all of us, two of us are young working professionals (in teaching and sustainable finance) and one of us is a mature student studying midwifery. We often watch TV shows together, go to nearby parks for a game of climbing/football/volleyball. We're looking for somebody who is easy going, sociable, tidy and clean. In a hard-working flat, we also hope to find someone who is considerate of our varying work schedules. And be up for being out and about.

Your room will be furnished, with a double bed, built-in shelves, a large wardrobe, a large IKEA desk (picture upon request) a chest of drawers and a window with sill. The flat includes a kitchen, living room and private garden and patio. Highgate Woods is right opposite the road we live on and grocery stores along Archway Road are conveniently reached by bus.

Your room is £628pcm excluding bills and council tax (estimated: £90pcm).
