Spacious and modern 3 bed maisonette available, which is only a 5 minute walk to Highgate tube station. The maisonette has 3 toilets (2 with shower/bath). Fully kitted kitchen which is brand new (open plan along with the lounge).

Second floor (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) and top floor is an en-suite bedroom with separate storage space (attic). The bedroom available is on the second floor of the flat (please see the photos for what the room looks like) and does not face any roads (so it's pretty quiet at night!). There is more than enough space for a double bed, desk, wardrobe, tv etc.

The maisonette is a new build which is fully insulated and bright and airy during the day.

All communal space is furnished. The bedroom that is being advertised has a bed with mattress, desk with chair and chest of drawers. All other furniture in the photos of the room will not be there (tv etc.)

You'll be joining two housemates who've lived in the property for the last few years. We enjoy cooking, going to the pub and watching a crime doc in the evening sometimes. We're looking for someone who's tidy, fun and tells bad jokes.

Monthly bills (i. e. council tax, gas/electricity, water, wifi and fortnightly cleaner) are roughly £200 in addition to the rent.
