Second floor (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) and top floor is an en-suite bedroom with separate storage space (attic). The bedroom available is on the second floor of the flat (please see the photos for what the room looks like) and does not face the any roads (so it's pretty quiet at night!). There is more than enough space for a double bed, desk, wardrobe, tv etc.

The maisonette is a new build which is fully insulated and bright and airy during the day.

All communal space is furnished, however, the bedroom that is being advertised is UNFURNISHED (furniture in the photo of the bedroom will not be there).

You'll be joining two housemates who've lived in the property for the last few years. We enjoy cooking, going to the pub and watching a crime doc in the evening sometimes. We're looking for someone who's tidy, fun and tells bad jokes.
