Bright Double Rooms in Leafy Highgate

*Rooms available from late Feb/ early March*

I'm Eva, as my housemate are moving back home/ with their partners, there are 3 lovely double rooms available from early March next year (but with a flexible move-in date if you need to move earlier).

It’s a lovely three storey townhouse with multiple communal living areas, including a spacious living room, an office/ makeshift gym, a large kitchen with dining space and a garden with a patio. There are three bathrooms and loads of storage space throughout the house.

All rooms comes furnished with a wardrobe, bedside cupboard and chest of drawers. The beds/ mattresses are available to purchase from our leaving housemates.

There isn't enough space to include enough pictures of all the rooms, if there is one in particular you are interested in, let me know and I can send you some extra photos!

Extra perks of the house include:
- free off-road parking
- 5-10 min walk to East Finchley/Highgate tube stations
- excellent bus links with a bus stop right outside the house
- surrounded by green spaces (15-20 minute walk to Hampstead Heath, Highgate Wood and Alexandra Palace)
- within walking distance to everything you need; supermarkets, gyms, pubs, etc..

Bills, council tax and household essentials (washing-up liquid, toilet paper, etc..) are an additional £150-£180 a month depending on the season.

I'm not really looking for party animals but for someone who is sociable, clean, easy-going and wants to treat this as their own home.
