The flat is on the first floor and has a large shared living room with windows looking out onto a private garden. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate. The decent sized kitchen containes the usual facilities including washing machine and dishwasher; the flat has sash windows throughout.

Highgate tube station (Zone 3, Northern Line) is ten minutes walk away. Crouch end is 15 mins walk, there are also many bus routes around the corner.

Car parking & charging: a resident's annual parking permit can be purchased from Haringey Council. There are three electric charging points just around the corner.

About us: 1 guy & 1 girl both professionals. Being comfortable and relaxed at home is important to us and so we're looking for someone who is responsible, friendly, clean and tidy, and who’s easy to share space with.

The £900 monthly rent is for 1 person and all bills are on top.
