Double ensuite on top floor

My partner and I have a 3 year old daughter and live in a 6 bed house, we are just using 2 bedrooms. We’d like to rent out a spare room with modern ensuite at the top of our house. This is the only bedroom on the top floor so it is very private and set away from the rest of the bedrooms. Cupboards and wardrobes wrap around the room so there is a lot of storage.

We are friendly professionals who mostly work at home. We also have a cat who is very sweet. We have a cleaner visit once a week to do the communal areas.

Highgate is a very special part of London with plenty of parks and woods to go for excellent walks, Hampstead Heath is nearby too. Highgate village has plenty of restaurants and nice pubs.

Transport links are excellent with buses and the underground just a few minutes walk taking you to the centre of London in 20 minutes.
