Huge Double En-Suite In Beautiful Highgate Home

I'm looking for a fabulous new housemate to join me in an incredible 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom en-suite apartment on Pond Square in the middle of Highgate Village. It is available immediately but I have the flexibility to wait for the right person until the end of July.

The room on offer is a massive double en-suite that is currently unfurnished but there is a large chest of drawers available if you're interested in keeping it. The dimensions of the room are 14 feet x 12 feet with a 6-foot x 3-foot extra area/hallway inside the bedroom. The en-suite comes with a sink, toilet, shower (with a skylight) and storage cupboards. My previous housemate (who still loves me very much but moving to live with a partner) had a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe and another large chest of drawers unit that fit into the room with plenty of space left over.

The rest of the house is big with high ceilings and furnished (by me) to a high standard. We have a large living room that comes with all the amenities including a large TV, Nintendo Switch, all the streaming services and a turntable if you're interested in playing vinyl. The kitchen/dining area is also big with a large dining table and plenty of space to hang out and socialise in. There is a small outdoor terrace area at the front of the house that we use to sit outside in the sun. The property has stairs to the second floor with the bedrooms and bathrooms and stairs up to the front door.

The location is great and we are seconds from all the shops on the high street, about 7 minutes walk from Hampstead Heath and 2 minutes walk from Waterlow Park. There are so many incredible pubs and places to eat, including the famous Flask pub just around the corner. Transport is great with bus stops right next to us that go into Camden, Islington, Shoreditch, Kings Cross and Central. The northern line is either an 8-minute walk away at Highgate or a 12-minute walk to Archway Station.

AND NOW THE IMPORTANT STUFF...

You will be living with Emily (she/her). I'm pretty sociable, fun and easygoing. I work as a creative in the music industry and as a gay woman very much part of the queer scene and would love to have another queer housemate or at least someone comfortable with this. I love anything creative, fashion, taking advantage of London and its culture, music, skateboarding, cooking, eating out and also chilling at home watching films and TV. Due to my work and social life, I am reasonably busy but if I am not on set I generally work from home.

I have been at this house for almost 6 years and I'd love to find someone who enjoys the house as much as I do. I'm looking for someone who becomes a friend as well as a housemate as I think it's important for the dynamic. I obviously do not expect to socialise all the time and everyone has their own things going on and I'm totally respectful of that and alone time. The house is lovely and I'm looking for someone who also respects it and is clean, tidy and happy to pitch in.

Bills are currently on average around £250 p/m. This includes everything. The Council Tax band is F.
