Enjoy floor to ceiling windows at one of the highest points in London! Big master bedroom with ensuite in perfect location, Highgate Village. Wall to wall mirror closet has lots of space for storage and clothes. Comes partially furnished with a two sets of drawers but without a bed. Victorian house, carpeted, room is on the third floor.

The bills are around 150-200£ per month. A 6 month lease will need to be signed along with references.
The lease will expire in mid March.

10 minutes walk to Highgate or Archway station on the northern line, 15-20 minutes to Overground Gospel Oak. Good bus connections, plenty of local pubs.

The current housemates:
Mark is a university lecturer teaching game design, and Tom is a sports analyst that plays keyboard. Cleo is a friendly old dachshund mix, she's quiet and doesn't bark. We like to keep it chill and positive in the house, we're both on a 9-5 schedule and commute to work. We are quiet and respect everyone's space and privacy.
Highgate village is full of friendly people and is a great place to live, fresh air, quiet, very safe. The patio overlooks Waterlow park and Highgate cemetery, it's a 15 minute walk to Hampstead Heath, Highgate wood, or Queens Wood.

Professional cleaner every two weeks. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and the common spaces are also spacious, all rooms get lots of natural light and fresh air.
