We have a large double room available in our lovely home in Highgate to sublet for September
The room is £900 pcm (part furnished)+ bills
The House: A beautiful terraced town house just off of Archway road and a few minutes walk from Highgate station (northern line, High Barnet branch). The ground floor has a large shared kitchen with built in appliances, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc and bi-fold doors that open up to the garden (amazing in the summer). There is a large living room space and downstairs toilet. There is also a shared bathroom upstairs (photo).
The Room: large double bedroom on first floor. The room has built in shelving and wardrobe.
The Housemates: you will be living with three others. Everyone has busy jobs and social lives but often spend time together in the evenings, catching up and cooking food. We are all very laid back, tidy and respectful of each other. Generally the house is chilled and relaxed, we have friends over and occasionally we have a big night or two.
Location: the house is perfectly situated between Highgate, Archway, Finsbury Park and Crouch End. We live on a very friendly street, just down from Highgate station and the famous Boogaloo. Local bus links go to Tottenham Court Road, Islington, Camden, Euston, Angel and London Bridge. We are also just off of the parkland walk, which is ideal for morning runs or scenic routes to Finsbury Park and Crouch End.
