We’re looking for someone lovely to join our cozy flat in Highgate from mid to end of November. The room available is a double room with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet, priced at £1,400 per month (excluding bills) — bills are currently just over £100 each.

You’d be subletting from us, and our lease runs until October next year, with plans to ask about extending after that. The deposit is £1,000.

You’d be sharing with two girls (me and my best friend, 28) — we’re both easy-going, tidy, and like to keep the flat feeling homely. We also live with a friendly 9-year-old cat, who’s very chill and affectionate once he gets to know you. 🐾
We love being creative and enjoy organizing wholesome get-togethers with our friends or an occasional party (even though we‘re kind of growing out of that atm). Trust us, our flat is so comfy, you wanna stay here and get cozy all day! :)

The flat itself has a really warm, comfortable vibe and we’re just a 4-minute walk from Highgate tube, so commuting is super easy. The area is beautiful — close to the woods and green spaces, with lovely cafés, pubs, and local shops nearby.
The room comes with a bed frame and there is plenty of space for other furniture. The walk in closet is attached to the room, too! So lots of space for all your clothes!
