A bright double room in a clean, peaceful flat with access to a large balcony. The room comes with 2 big wardrobes. The bed can be provided if needed. The rent includes all bills. There is plenty of storage room.

The property is only a 13 minute walk away from Highgate Station and 10 minutes from East Finchley Station (Northern Line).

The flat has 2 balconies, one facing east and the other West. You can get the best of both. The flat has a washing machine, tumble dryer, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine.
The property benefits from a well-kept communal garden. I use it for badminton, so you are welcome to join me.

The flat is located 10 minutes away from Highgate Village with local shops, cafés and pubs. You can reach a peaceful Hampstead Heath in 10 minutes, where you can escape from the fast pace of London.
I am looking for someone tidy (more than cleaning dishes) who enjoys chat over a cup of tea or a glass of wine but also respects a private space. This isn't a party house, but I enjoy sharing a meal together every now and again. I am an early bird and work outside the house daily and spend afternoons/evenings building my business. I love time spent outdoors, walking, absolutely love road cycling, and discovering new cafés and restaurants. I am on a search for the best croissant. Maybe you can help? 😉 I love gelato, even in winter. I have been on a personal growth journey, so anything related to that and deep, meaningful conversations are music to my ears.
