We’re offering a couple of lovely rooms in our newly refurbished family home, just a 5-minute walk from Highgate Tube Station (Northern Line) with excellent bus connections and only 15 minutes into Central London.

Located opposite beautiful Highgate Wood and just a short stroll from Hampstead Heath — perfect for nature walks and fresh air.

You’ll be sharing our welcoming home with a friendly family of four (two children) and our excited dog, Charlie. We’re looking for someone respectful, tidy, and easy-going who’ll enjoy a calm, homely environment rather than a house share.

All bills are included — utilities, council tax, and Wi-Fi — and the rooms are available from the end of October.
