Studio apartment sublet in Highgate, London N6

I'm looking for someone to sublet my studio apartment while I'm in New Zealand for two months.

The studio is available from 1 December - 7 Feb, with the possibility of extending until the end of Feb. The rent is £1200 per month, including bills.

The apartment has a heated outdoor swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, large gardens, rooftop view over London, a concierge & has central heating to keep you warm over these cooler months.

Highgate is a lovely green area in North London, very close to Hampstead Heath! Highgate underground station (Northern line) is a 7 minute walk from the apartment.

Please note it's not possible to move in before December 1st.
