Sublet in colourful Highgate flat

This is a sublet for 2 months in June-July. Can discuss a larger room option (my room) for a couple. You will have the flat to yourself often on the weekends!

A quiet and bright room in a charming top-floor North London flat with a double bed, wardrobe, cupboard and a desk. A huge window is overlooking trees in the back gardens of Highgate (perfect for staring out the window when working from home). The shared area boasts a stylish kitchen with modern amenities and a spacious living room with cozy seating. There are two bathrooms and a large eves storage upstairs. The flat is filled with beautiful house plants.

I am looking for a tidy and flexible subletter who would be good company yet independent. Good communication is key, as is being tidy and conscious of the environment. All nationalities and identities welcome though looking for a female for safety and comfort.

Bills: ~200 pp pm (includes council tax and water, energy, broadband and a biweekly cleaner).

Location: only 30 mins to central London by tube and close to lots of parks: Waterlow, Highgate Wood, Queen’s Wood, Hampstead Heath, Finsbury Park. Accessibility: top floor flat accessed by a series of staircases (no elevator).

No parties apart from occasional dinners with friends. Strictly no smoking.
