Room in shared house in Archway

Room available in spacious house halfway between Archway and Highgate.

We are a queer-friendly household and all young professionals and creatives, who love to cook, visit exhibitions and foraging in nature! We are looking for someone with similar interests and who is clean and available to do household chores.

We are ideally looking for a young professional, who is interested in joining a long-term lease. Queer preferred :)

The room itself is on the third floor and is a double bedroom, next to a shared bathroom, and overlooking a garden. The room is away from the street and therefore quiet.

There are two bathrooms in the house, only one has a shower/bath but we all have different schedules and so rarely have to wait to use the bathroom.

The current lease will end in September 2025 and the rent will increase by 2% in September 2024.
