Double room available (loft conversion)

Hey. I'm a 30 year old part-time employee, looking for a young tenant for my double room. Room is partially furnished with sofa bed, draws, and hanger. Any furniture i
the room prefered to be removed, can be. There are 2 males (including myself) already at the property, and 2 cats. We are pretty laid back, love a good night out, but are also respectful of eachothers space and boundaries. The bathroom would be shared with 1 of us, equipped with shower (No bath). Smoking isn't allowed inside the house, but ok in the garden. Broadband, washer/dryer, shared sitting room and kitchen. Very local to 2 stations (5-10 min walk), 30 mins from central London.
