Double Room Available in Highgate

I'm moving in with my partner so my double room is available in Highgate. It's roughly 15 minutes walk to both Archway and Highgate stations on the Northern Line.

Please note there are low ceilings throughout the property so it's probably not suitable for anybody above 6'.

The current tenants are both lovely to live with - they're friendly, clean, tidy, and respectful. Julia is from the US and works as a therapist; Yueh is from Taiwan and works in filming. We like to keep a clean and tidy flat and expect a new tenant to do the same. This is not a party house, we like to keep it as a quiet retreat from busy life.

You will be sharing the bathroom with just one other tenant so there's never a queue. There's no shared living room, but we have a table and chairs in the kitchen for occasional chats.

Bills are not included but are roughly £100-150 per month, depending on the season.

The room is unfurnished by the landlord, but I won't need any of my furniture so I'd love to sell it to whoever moves in - the bed is John Lewis, and the sofa is only 6 months old. Price is negotiable, but ideally £250 for everything.
