Cosy room in friendly flat available in Highgate

I’m moving out of my lovely two bedroom flat on 3rd august to move in with my boyfriend and need someone to replace me.
It’s based in Highgate, only a 10 minute walk from both Archway (zone 2) and Highgate (zone 3) stations and close to Highgate woods and village - it’s a gorgeous area with loads of cute shops and restaurants, plus close to Muswell Hill and Hampstead Heath. Council tax band is C.

You’ll also have the absolute joy of living with ✨Kenny✨, one of my besties who I can vouch is extremely clean (bro LOVES hoovering) and fun (particularly if you’re into Beyoncé and Wicked). He’d love to have a friendly, chill housemate who is happy hanging out in the communal area, can contribute to chores, and isn’t too crazy in terms of partying, it’s a fairly chill vibe house.
Current rent is £1025 (not including bills but they aren’t too much, around £150 pm) and we aren’t 100% sure yet what the next contract’s rent will be but it shouldn’t be too much of an increase, most likely up to £1075 (we hope).
