1 lovely double bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat available from the 1st of August, as sadly my flatmate is moving out. You would be sharing the flat with just me (the tenant).

I am looking for someone respectful, easygoing, and tidy, with whom I can share a meal or chat now and then. If you prefer doing your own thing, I also respect my flatmate's privacy.

My current flatmate is willing to sell her white wardrobe, dresser and desk for a reduced price should the new tenant want it.
