Two of our room mates are moving out so currently looking to fill their rooms.

Medium room (£874) is available from 1st September

The area is by far one of the most beautiful and safest in London. The flat is situated within a gated community and sits on Sheldon Avenue where there is a private security firm that patrol the street at night. We're about a 5 minute walk up the road from Hampstead Heath, and not too far from Alexandra Palace as well. There are supermarkets situated in East Finchley and Muswell Hill which aren't too far away, there's also a petrol station / corner shop about a 5 minute walk away. The house is a 10-15 minute walk from either Highgate or East Finchley Station on the Northern line.

The living room in particular has lots of natural light, and is a nice area to chill after work! Really efficient heating in the winter and not too hot in the summer. Neighbours are chill as well.

I work as a touring sound engineer in the music industry so there are a few moments where I'll be gone for quite long periods. I work from home from time to time so you might hear me mixing, but am mindful and never play loud too late or too early!

Ideally looking for a creative to fill the rooms just so schedules do not clash, and also someone who keeps communal areas clean too!
