Cozy double in homely flat

Hello!
I'm looking for a new flatmate to move in on 1 August. I've lived in the flat for two years and love it but my friend is moving out because she bought her own place :( Looking for a new person to share a home with!

The flat: the photos don't do it justice and it's a bit of a steal in my opinion! It was refurbished before we moved in, split-level, 1.5 bathrooms, separate kitchen and living room, and has Highgate, Archway, Crouch End, Hampstead Heath all within walking distance. Only sharing with me :) Bills are approx. £150 each per month.

The room: it's an upper floor loft conversion that's just been redecorated this week. It has a big velux window and is lovely and bright in the day. It will be unfurnished but if this is tricky I'd be willing to sell the drawers and desk at a minimal cost. I also had to furnish my room on arrival and it was easier than expected - facebook marketplace is great and I'd also be around to help with collections and putting stuff together. The loft-style also works well with a clothes rail instead of wardrobe if that helps!

The rest of the flat is part-furnished. My friend moving out means she'll take some things with her but I plan to fill in the gaps myself shortly afterwards.

About me: I'm a sociable person who loves getting out and about and making the most of weekends. Plans usually involve friends, visiting family, dancing, football, yoga, brunches, etc. You're welcome to join :)
I've been flatsharing for 8 years - I'm very respectful and appreciate the need for privacy and downtime.
I work in tech research, Mon-Fri / 9-5, in the office 1-2 times a week, otherwise WFH.

About you: it's really important that you are somebody who is kind, clean, tidy, and considerate that they're sharing a space with somebody else.
