Bright double room in leafy Highgate

Hello everyone, I'm moving at the end of September and looking for someone to take my room in this charming house.

The Room:

It's a decent-sized double room on the 2nd-floor of our 3-storey house. There's space for a desk and a built-in wardrobe. The room gets plenty of natural light. All furniture except the desk is included.

The House:

A lovely 4-bedroom house that's set back from the street, so it's nice and quiet. On the 1st floor is the kitchen, downstairs WC, garden and a garage that we use for storage. There's also a private parking spot available.

On the 2nd floor is your bedroom, a large living room, and the bathroom (which you'll share with 2 other tenants). The remaining bedrooms are on the 3rd floor.

You'll be living with Jen, Rob and Alex. All full-time professionals, working hybrid . They're clean, tidy and respectable housemates. This isn't a party house, we all respect eachother's space.

The Area:

The house is a 10 - 15 minute walk from either Highgate or Archway station (Northern line).

Highgate is a beautiful, safe area, full of great nature spots (Parkland Walk, Highgate Wood, Queen's Wood). Crouch End is a 15-min walk, filled with lovely cafes and restaurants. Finsbury Park and Hampstead Heath just a 30-min walk away.

Important info:

Rent is £786/month (exc. bills). Bills are around £150/month and this covers council tax, utilities, internet, and a bi-weekly cleaner.

You'll need to pay a security deposit of £1,015.65 that is lodged in the DPS.

Our current agreement ends in June 2025 but this is likely to be extended again.

The room is available from 1st October but I can be slightly flexible around this date.
