Available from the 21st of October, we have a room going in our flatshare. The room is a large size, with in-built wardrobes and an ensuite with a shower. The room is part-furnished so includes bed/mattress but not the desk, chair and drawers in the images shown. The room is in a 4-bed flat which is very spacious, with the upstairs being a lovely light living area including a balcony with stunning views over London. We have a eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar and high-spec appliances. The upstairs also has an additional WC and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The flat is the top two floors of an old building (6 flats in the building in total), and has been renovated to a high standard. We have met our neighbours and they are all very friendly!
The location is a 10 min walk to Highgate tube station which is on the northern line, and there are plenty of busses around, so commuting into central London is straightforward. We have a little park opposite the house - great for parties/picnics in the summer, and walkable to Highgate woods, Hampstead Heath and the parkland walk. Crouch End is a 5-10 min walk which includes loads of independent cafes/bars/pubs/restaurants/shops as well as supermarkets. There’s loads to do in the local area – cinema’s, tennis courts, and Alexandra palace.

Maisie is 26, Emma is 29 and Samir is 25. We are a mix of professionals and PhD students and have lived together for 2 years. Our fourth housemate is moving out to live with her partner. Our jobs have a balance of working from home/in the office so there tends to be someone around most days of the week.
Who we are looking for:
We are open to anyone and an ideal housemate for us would be clean and considerate as we love this flat so want to look after it! We don’t host parties in this flat but will occasionally have friends over for smaller dinners/drinks. We can’t accommodate couples for the room.
